I have the idea of a a character who swords and boards with a Trident and Heavy shield
I know there is a trait that let's me treat my heavy shield as light weapon
I know Slayers don't have to meet Dex requirement for Two weapon fighting and I'd obviously need improved Shield Bash. But what else could I take and at what level?
My character will be a lightly armored swift moving Striker type
I want him to have good Acrobatics and table to maneuver around the battlefield quickly

A Slayer can take a Ranger combat style which allows you to take feat w/o their usual pre-requisites. You want this one-
Weapon and Shield
Improved Shield Bash, Shield Focus, Shield Slam and Two-Weapon Fighting.
At 6th level, he adds Saving Shield and Shield Master to the list.
At 10th level, he adds Bashing Finish and Greater Shield Focus to the list.
Of these feats you want most of them. You can do w/o shield focus and greater shield focus but likely don't want to. Aside from that Saving Shield isn't really related to anything else though it is an effect that might prove useful.
You want the rest of the feats there and maybe improved 2 weapon fighting and greater 2 weapon fighting eventually.
There is a divine ranger combat style that uses trident though not paired with a shield. You may wish to look at it anyway.

I have a slayer shield bash build (Vanguard archtype) lev 15.
- Trait (Religion Gorum): Shield trained (heavy shield is a light weapon for you)
Slayer Talents:
- Ranger combat style: weapon and shield: two weapon fighting, shield master & Bashing Finish
- Surprise attack, Evasion, Opportunitist, combat trick (improved Shield bash)
- is your GM permits put a Hooked Boss on your shield, which allows triple attempts which gives flat footed condition.
- Feats are: Dirty Fighting, Combat Reflexes, Outflank, Improved trip, Fury’s Fall, Greater trip, Critical Focus, Improved Critical (scimitar in my build), Improved two weapon fighting, Blinding critical
Use favored class for extra slayer talents (is included above).

Just feats?
Traits
Shield Trained – Treat Heavy Shield as a light weapon for TWF
Armor Expert – Reduce armor check penalty for even better Acrobatics
Other options: Reactionary (initiative), Accelerated Drinker (potions), Adopted + Sword Scion (Trident) for flavor
Level 1:
Improved Shield Bash (required to keep shield bonus)
Two-Weapon Fighting (human bonus feat)
Shield Trained (trait – makes TWF viable with heavy shield)
Level 2 (Slayer Talent):
Rogue Talent: Combat Trick → Power Attack or Shield Focus depending on whether you want offense or defense
Level 3:
Weapon Focus (Trident) or Dodge for AC, or Step Up for mobility
Level 4 (Talent):
Acrobatic Steps (ignore 5 ft of difficult terrain) or Nimble if using Unchained Rogue Talents
Level 5:
Double Slice (adds full STR to off-hand shield)
Open with Studied Target and Acrobatics to move into flanking or advantageous position
Trident + Shield Bash with TWF
Use Slayer Talents to tailor combat/control options
Use Vanish, Potion of Blur, or Swift Alchemy to dip in and out of danger zones
Those are my thoughts.

If a slayer does not use the slayer talent ranger combat style to take a feat, he still has to meet the prerequisite of the feat. So, taking two weapon fighting at 1st level means he needs a 15 DEX. Since neither the trident nor the heavy shield can use weapon finesse a DEX based build will be difficult. Affording both an 18 STR (with racial adjustment) and a 15 DEX will not leave him much for anything else.
