Dark Tapestry information

Advice

Greetings, so once a month I have a homebrew campaign to mix up the modules I run the rest of the month.
During session 0 one of my players mentioned that they would like the campaign to have 'Dark Tapestry' elements. Now it has been literal years since I've last looked into the Dark Tapestry, the most I remember is that its basically Pathfinders Cthulhu Mythos.
While I could simply pull from my old Call of Cthulhu books, I figure that if the player wants more Dark Tapestry I should probably pull from more official information.

So does anyone know what books I should be looking into, or what information is available on the Dark Tapestry (if any)

Dark Tapestry also includes the Dominion of the Black, a totally separate, evil organization of malevolent forces that occupies the space between stars.

They play a backgroundish role in

PF1E AP:
Iron Gods

I believe they also have heavy involvement on Aucturn, which has received some very interesting updates in Starfinder canon.

General info:
Hyperlinked, because if you don't on these forums someone will feel the need to come in behind you and post it for you and say "linkified"

Ah, I think I have that adventure somewhere in my old Pf1e stuff, don't think I ever ran it. Thanks

Do you happen to know what specific Starfinder books they might had been in? If not thats fine.
I stopped into the wiki for the general look, but I was hoping there was a bit more since I noticed the wiki isn't always up to date.

In any case, thanks for the information.

You should be able to get a fair amount of info from Starfinder's Alien Archives. I'm not sure about specific SF books, but the specific volume from the Adventure Path they mentioned is

Spoiler:
Valley of the Brain Collectors
.

Also, not specifically Dark Tapestry, but basically the entire Strange Aeons AP has got cosmic horror woven throughout it; the bestiaries may be a good place to look for more inspiration.

The Malevolence adventure also has some involvement with the dark tapestry.

If you are able, I'd check the sources listed on the wiki page, if you have access:

Pact Worlds, A Cosmic Birthday, and Aucturn Asunder. A source book, a (not free) SF2E playtest adventure, and a SFS scenario, respectively. I am not familiar with any of these sources, so maybe someone else in the thread can clarify which have the best information.

Edit: wait, that's stuff about The Newborn, specifically. Sorry, I got nothing.

The Dark Tapestry is intended to be mysterious and unknowable. Any DM could use it as a blank slate for cosmic horror and/or Cthulhu themed content.
