"Bound" refers to being securely tied up. You can not use this feat on a target who is merely stunned.

Source Heroes of the Streets pg. 29

Sometimes the only way to deal with those who see your illicit activities is to get rid of them.

Prerequisites: Base attack bonus +1.

Benefit: When using a 1-handed, light, or natural weapon, you can deliver a coup de grace to an unconscious, bound, or pinned target (though not other kinds of helpless targets) as a standard action.

Just to clarify, this feat just allows you to make a Coup de Grace as a standard action (rather than the normal full round action) if your target is unconscious, securely tied up, or pinned by a grappler and explicitly can not be used on a target rendered helpless by any other means.

Ok besides pinned is there anyway to bound someone

Bound means that the target is tied up. For the most part the only time this feat is only applies to a bound target is if the creature is already tied up. Tying up a character requires grapple maneuver and can only be done on a pinned, unconscious or otherwise restrained target. Since a grapple check is a standard maneuver means you cannot use the feat in the same round you are tying someone up, because you can only perform one standard maneuver per round.

If the target is already pinned or otherwise helpless, you can still perform a coup de grace as a full round action without needing the feat. You could use one round to tie up the target, and on the next round use a standard action to perform the coup de grace, but that would take longer than simply taking a full round action.

Besides grappling or pinned is there any other way to bound someone using the feat I’m sure there’s other ways to restrain someone ??

Bound is not a game term, the book is using term as defined by the English language. Is English your native language? I don’t mean to be offensive but I have noticed you seem to have some trouble with the common usage some terms.

Not in combat. Outside of combat you could tie someone up, but that would take longer than a round. Other than the target already being tied up this feat will only work on pinned or helpless targets.

I"ve always found it interesting that this feat is the only rule source for being able to coup de grace a pinned target.

is there any spell that pins a target??

Blade Snare, Telekinetic Maneuver, and Telekinesis spells can be used to attempt to Grapple and Pin a foe.

is there any spell or item that helps u maintain concentration on a spell without u concentrating ??
