Fey-Touched Gnome and Animal Accomplice - Familiar Cantrip connection question

Rules Discussion

Hello all,

I had an idea while theory-crafting a Gnome thaumaturge. If a Fey-Touched gnome with the option to select a new cantrip selected the racial feat Animal Accomplice to get a familiar or the Thaumaturge familiar feat. Would they quality to get the cantrip connection option?

Fey-Touched Gnome

The blood of the fey is so strong within you that you’re truly one of them. You gain the fey trait, in addition to the gnome and humanoid traits. Choose one cantrip from the primal spell list. You can cast this spell as a primal innate spell at will. A cantrip is heightened to a spell level equal to half your level rounded up. You can change this cantrip to a different one from the same list once per day by meditating to realign yourself with the First World; this is a 10-minute activity that has the concentrate trait.

Cantrip Connection

Requirements Cantrips
You can prepare an additional cantrip, or if you have a repertoire, instead designate a cantrip to add to your repertoire every time you select this ability; you can retrain it but can't otherwise change it. You must be able to prepare cantrips or add them to your repertoire to select this.

If so! Would this to be prepare an additional or would it count as a repertoire?

Neither.

Familiar abilities are frequently poorly written. In practice it doesn't have requirements or prerequisites entries (this Requirements Cantrips that you writen doesn't exists) yet in this ability the requirements is in the last sentence.

So you don't have neither a prepared or spontaneous (repetoire) casting ability what you have is a innate spell and the innate spells doesn't qualifies for this because aren't neither prepared or spontaneous spellcasting they are innate to you instead. If you take an caster archetype dedication so you will start to get a prepared or spontaneous spellcasting and then you will be qualified to take this familiar ability.

Curses! Thanks for the info.

Now I'll need to weigh Champion dedication against Sorcerer or Psychic a bit differently. Woe is the lack of free archetype.
