Intimidate with INT or Undead Lore

Can we please get a low level feat to demoralize using INT or Undead Lore instead of intimidation? It be so cool to do just that!

I think for the necromancer, that's what the fear spell is for. Would prefer something like spiral of horrors for this class if we are gonna bring more of that into the class

This can somewhat be done with the Disturbing Knowledge skill feat.
