Tian Xia CG Options

I've probably overlooked something, but are the new uncommon heritages in the Tian Xia Character Guide available for the corresponding ancestries? Specifically looking at the Dokkaebi Goblin heritage, but any of the uncommon ones in general. Can't find any boons for them, and the Resources page doesn't mention any of them.

Also wondering about the Fan Dancer archetype and fighting fans. Both are uncommon, but can't find any availability rulings for them, especially the fighting fans outside of being a monk with the appropriate weapon feat.

Like I said, I've probably overlooked something or they're just not available.

GOBLIN HERITAGE
Goblins in Tian Xia have access to the following heritage.
Dokkaebi Goblin (Uncommon)

Fan Dancer: Prerequisites trained in Performance; Access Tian Xia origin.

Page 126 Tian Equipment:
"Characters of Tian Xia origin have access to the weapons on the Tian Melee Weapons and Tian Ranged Weapons tables."

All of those are unlocked by choosing a county in Tian Xia as your home region. (Or buying the World Traveller boon for 20acp for a second home region for a character.)

Where does that information come from? Like the OP, I can't find it on the additional resources page.

It's in the book itself. The Character Options tells you everything is Standard availability (unless otherwise noted on that page, and those options aren't noted), the book tells you it's Uncommon, but tells you what you need to access it.
