I'm looking for a way for my awakened spider rogue to have some sort of web attack.
Are there any easily accessible feats or abilities that might allow for that, or to emulate something similar with a just a little descriptive alteration?

Go the SpiderMan route and use Glue Bomb.
I think the tanglevine cantrip would work well. relatively easy to get one, I think.
You could easily use nets, nets-with-ropes, whips, and bolas that you Crafted and just say that the cost to create them is the extra food you're eating to fuel the web production.

I've considered bolas already, and have one, but nets looked like garbage. No real range and DCs so low that they will be worthless beyond level 1.
Tanglevine has promise. I may look into ways to obtain that.
Adopted Ancestry- Anadi opens many spider options. The main hiccups are rarity (and you already have a Rare Ancestry) and physiology (which with a spider body I'd say your PC qualifies). It doesn't have a web attack until 13th, but there are web-themed abilities before that.

Level 1 Awakened Animal ancestry feat Awakened Magic. get 1 primal cantrip, which includes Tanglevine.
Take Adopted Ancestry (Elf) and work up to Otherworldly Acumen which grants level 2 spell, i.e. Web.
