PFS Standard
Winged Warrior Dedication
Feat 2
Archetype Dedication
Source Howl of the Wild pg. 82 2.0
Archetype Winged Warrior
Prerequisites you have permanent wings (such as from an ancestry or graft)
Through rigorous training, you have strengthened your wings, granting you enough thrust to gain additional altitude. When you make a horizontal Leap, increase the distance by 10 feet up to a maximum of your Speed. Any fly Speed granted by ancestry feats and other permanent wings increases by 5 feet.

PFS Standard
Vestigial Wings
Feat 1
Legacy Content
Ganzi
Source Ancestry Guide pg. 96 3.0
You possess small, weak wings that aid in balance. You gain the Steady Balance and Cat Fall skill feats as bonus feats, even if you aren't trained in Acrobatics

Can I take Winged Warrior Dedication if I have the Ganzi feat and that is how I got my wings? The dedication increases fly speed by 5 feet, so a fly speed of 0 upgraded by 5=5.
I know it seems silly, until you see my plan. what I really want to do is a Ganzi Awakened Flying Animal. It does not say the Awakened Animal gains wings, but it can take feats to gain a fly speed. It does not say those feats that give it a fly speed give it wings. So Ganzi Flying Awakened Animal. And then take the Archetype at level 2. Take Sea legs at level 1. Take the Archetype at level 2. Take Late Awakener at level 5. General feat at level 7 that lets me pick up another 1st level Ancestry feat and pick up Take Flight since I can't pick the take flight at level 1 being a versatile heritage.

I think that you can take the archetype but you most definitely do NOT get a fly speed of 5 feet. "Any fly speed granted by ancestry wings ... increases by 5 feet". You have no fly speed so no increase

Edit : I'll also note that a fly speed of 5 feet is almost useless. You can leap or jump further. And given that going up is 1/2 speed you have an effective fly speed of 0 for going up.

If you're an awakened flying animal, I don't think you need to take ganzi and vestigial wings to get Winged warrior: You're literally an animal that can fly and that definitely comes with wings.

If you're worried about a GM saying that nothing technically says you have wings, you can use your awakened animal heritage to pick WING as your animal attack - then you also have a clear mechanic that says you have wing(s).

PFS requires that in order to take winged warrior, your wings must be mechanically supported by an ancestry, heritage, or other feat - given that flying animals explicitly learn to fly later through feats, the heritage should qualify for it.

That being said, the winged warrior says that "Any fly Speed granted by ancestry feats..." and since you currently do not have a fly speed granted by your ancestry feats, it does not increase by 5ft. If you pick up Take Flight (lvl 1 feat), that 15ft speed would increase to 20ft, though you fall after each move if you don't end up on solid ground.

Wing as an attack selected option. Yeah I clearly missed that, so even if PFS admin rules it says no flying animals don't have wings or despite being a flying animal there is no guarantee you fly because of wings, the wing attack clearly says you do.

Certain ancestries, such as awakened birds or some surkis, have wings.
