Lifting Belt (4) 18/23
Ant Haul (1) 21/29

Is it right ?
There are apex item, I suppose to increase the Strength Score. Other feats, spells, or item to improve the bulk limits ?
Lifting Belt :
you also gain a +1 status bonus to Athletics checks to lift heavy objects
I don't understand this. There isn't an action in Athletics skill to lift heavy actions, no check described for this.
Thanks for your future answer.

There can be in an adventure. Like you'll come across an obstacle that can be solved by moving a heavy object, and this will require a check. Chases are an example, but I've seen it in other places as well. The bonus would apply to that.
It's a very situational bonus and won't come up that often, but it can happen.

Lifting an iron portcullis is DC 30 according to the environment chapter of GM Core. It's considered a Force Open action, which in this case is an Athletics check to lift the heavy portcullis.
So that's at least one scenario. ;)
EDIT: I also recall running a PFS scenario recently, in which the PCs were invited to help some NPCs get their wagon unstuck by lifting it out of the mud. That also required Athletics checks to lift something heavy.
So it does come up, albeit rarely.
If you're concerned it won't see enough use to be valuable, talk with your GM and make it clear that it's something you would like more opportunities to emphasize with your character.

Your calculations are mostly correct, except for Minotaurs and Centaurs, because they're Large by default. Your numbers are ok for the Medium Minotaur Heritage.
For the rest, keep in mind I'm not sure (and there hasn't so far been a ruling) on whether you add Bulk increasing feats before doubling for Large or After, so I've put both here (the number after the or is if you add the numbers after doubling for Large).
Minotaur (Strength 20, Large):
Base: 20/30
Beast of Burden (+4/+4): 28/38 or 24/34
Adrenaline Rush (+1/+1): 30/40 or 25/35
Hefty Hauler (+2/+2): 34/44 or 27/37
Lifting Belt (+1/+1): 36/46 or 28/38
And Haul (+3/+6): 42/58 or 31/44
Centaur (Strength 20, Large):
Base: 20/30
Robust (+2/+2, all Centaurs get this): 24/34 or 22/32
Adrenaline Rush (+1/+1): 26/36 or 23/33
Hefty Hauler (+2/+2): 30/40 or 25/35
Lifting Belt (+1/+1): 32/42 or 26/36
Ant Haul (+3/+6): 38/54 or 29/42
As for your question on other items and feature to increase bulk limit, there might be some but people, in my experience, generall ignore them. Why would I bother with them when even the cheapest, smallest Spacious Pouch can give me an extra 24 bulk of carrying capacity (it can hold 25, but it's 1 bulk itself) which is, realistically, much more than anyone is ever likely to need.
Even if you need something like carrying huge art pieces (statues) it si much better to get a wand/scroll of shrink item (which affects objects of up to 80 bulk, so anything you could carry anyway) than try moving it as a character by bulk limit alone.
