I'm pretty sure it invokes MAP (so it's better if those strikes are agile). I initially really disliked Godbreaker since the odds of hitting all three strikes on a significant opponent are really low, but even if you only hit the one strike they're still taking the damage of the strike plus 20 falling damage.
Just make sure you have something to prevent falling damage yourself (like legendary acrobatics and Cat Fall) since you only get to break your fall with your opponent if you hit all three.
The bigger hurdle is that you need to start your turn with your enemy grabbed/restrained.

Strength monk with the wrestler archetype (for Combat Grab, among other options) is a decent route if you want to lead in to Godbreaker. Just pick a style that has attacks with the Agile trait (there are some that are Agile and do 1d8 base damage).

You don't even necessarily need legendary in acrobatics, though it is definitely useful. Master in acrobatics will negate all damage if you miss your first or second attacks, leaving you to take ten or so damage if you miss your third.
