To be a bit more technical, Desert Wind doesn't give you unconditional concealment.
You are only concealed from those outside of the aura itself, so you could hide from those, but your stealth roll would be irrelevant to anyone already inside the aura, since you never had concealemnt agaist those.
And yes, the stance effects (the sandstorm around you) will still be visible, so it will be almost impossible to become "undetected" since people will pretty much know where you are due to the sand storm.

for example, an opponent is outside the emanation.
The character has concealment and so with an action, the character hide with a stealth check and obtains the hidden condition.
If the opponents enter in the emanation, does the character lose automatically the hidden condition ?
Yes, you no longer meet the requirements for being hidden against that creature:
If you successfully become hidden to a creature but then cease to have cover or greater cover against it or be concealed from it, you become observed again

Think of Desert Wind like a thin curtain:
From behind it, you're a bit concealed, so they have trouble seeing you. You can try to hide a bit more behind its folds and make it so that now they don't see you at all. Although yhey can see where the curtain is centered, so even if they dont see you, they know more or less where you are, so you are not undetected.
But as soon as they cross the curtain, you are now clearly visible.
