Elemental resistance (Gate Junction) : Poison [Earth] and Alloy Flesh and Steel

Hello,

Elemental resistance from Gate junction [Earth] gives only resistance to damage poison but at 17th level, you gain immunity to effects with any of the listed trait poison.
So damage and effects from poison for its immunity ?

Ferrous form from Alloy flesh and steel gives immune to poison.
Is it similar with elemental resistance [Earth] at 17th level ?

Yes, in general when you are immune to a Trait, you are also immune to the effects from said trait, not just the damage.
