Had a nightmare combat last night vs a Skrik Nettle. The Skrik managed to poison the whole party and led to these questions:
1. Say there's a Wall of Wind overhead, and the Skrik venom would levitate a player into the wall. What happens? The levitation isn't a move action, so the fort save wouldn't apply, I think?
2. Say the Summoner's Eidolon with Glider Form is affected by the venom and rising 10ft/round. Can the Eidolon catch the air and glide upside-down, allowing it some horizontal movement as it ascends?
I did some jank homebrew to make things function for the combat, but I'm curious how others would rule these.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by having a Wall of Wind overhead. Wall of Wind is placed vertically when cast. Though it doesn't actually say that it needs to be placed on the ground...
But anyway, PF2 is pretty forgiving for jank homebrew. Especially for strange interactions of effects that are very rarely going to ever happen again. I'd say just have fun with it.

The levitation is not caused by wind, it's caused by magic (the venom has the primal trait). It's basically the Levitate spell, only you keep going up until you recover, which can be an issue if you have no way to break the fall.
Glider Form wouldn't do anything while levitating, but it can help when you fall (assuming you use the action in the turn prior to recovery).
A Wall of Wind would do nothing as Finoan mentioned, as it has to be vertical not horizontal. The only way to move through this wall while levitating would be by climbing along a solid wall that the wind wall is perpendicular to.
