Can haunts be dazed?

Rules Questions

Hello everyone! I'm running Carrion Crown as DM (newbie DM, my first AP as DM), and one of my players is cleric with Variant Channel Rulership. So, I cant figure out - haunts are vulnerable to positive energy, but can haunts be dazed as unded, when my player use channel?
and same quiestion about hex misfortune, another one of my player is witch.

RAW: Haunts aren't really creatures, so they are only vulnerable to positive energy (well, other than variant haunts that aren't) and any specific things listed in their stat block as vulnerabilities.

However, as DM, if you feel that the effect if appropriate to the haunt and/or the player, you can alter how the haunt responds to dazing channel. For example, if the haunt is the result of a massacre of rebels or the unjust murder of a loyal servant, then the rulership variant causes not only positive damage, but also negates the effects of the haunt for 1 round (as a daze-like effect). On the other hand, if the haunt was due to some regicide, then perhaps the rulership channel enrages the betrayed king's spirit and the haunt causes an additional effect, or focuses on cleric.

Haunts & New Haunt Rules
Then a Haunt CR:4.
Haunts can be a specific undead creature or an undead powered trap with a story component but the undead force/spirit is spread over an area that can manifest a visible physical phantom (which is not itself). An example is Frightful Haunter CR8 which can create a haunt effect.
So you have to determine if it is a creature or the trappy effect. Another thing is does the write up have a Will save?

The variant Channel effects A variant channeling either modifies positive channeled energy when used to heal or modifies negative energy when used to harm. When using positive energy to heal, affected creatures gain only half the normal amount of healing but also receive a specific beneficial effect... , and Creatures that would normally ignore the effect of a particular channel (such as undead with respect to a positive energy channel used to heal) ignore the variant effect of that channel. The channel type is given at the start of the effects as a hint.

From Channel, ..channels positive energy and can choose to deal damage to undead creatures or to heal living creatures. ...Channeling energy causes a burst that affects all creatures of one type (either undead or living) in a 30-foot radius centered on the cleric.

So it looks like the user would have choose a positive channel to 1) heal then 2) halve the healing and add the variant effect (in this case a Diplo/Lang boost). Undead are immune to the healing effect so it ends there.
The user has to channel negative energy to harm undead to get the Daze effect on Undead.
