Must a Pain Taster be a Drow?

It's not listed in the prereq list, but is mentioned. I have all the listed prereqs already yet the program I am using says I am not qualified to take that class. I am a Kyton-Spawn Tiefling, not Drow. Must I be a Drow or is PCGen incorrect?

  To become a pain taster, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
  Feats: Diehard, Endurance, Great Fortitude.
  Skills: Heal 5 ranks, Intimidate 5 ranks.
  Alignment: Any nongood.
  Special: The candidate must survive a special ritual designed to inure her to pain. so GM approval...
can't really address the quality of some software. I'd try their public relations page or bug report page or 3rd party product pages rather than rules forum.

It's the last pre-req. Since PCGen can't evaluate that the GM has given approval it doesn't know if you qualify. You can apply the PrC as normal even though it's red. if you meet all the mechanical pre-req's
