Hello, I have some questions about Basilisk.

how the notorious pirate Clegg Zincher came up with the money to buy a league membership
for his town is still unclear
1/ What is the price to buy a league membership ?
2/ what are the dimensions of the field?
3/ How is the round goal ? Horizontally ? Or vertically ?
4/ Can the strikers only use the basilisk ball ? Same question with the scoring ball ?
5/ How long does a game last ?
To earn a spot, a PC needs to succeed at two of the following three checks: a DC 15 check associated with the sport, a DC 12 Fortitude save to keep up energy levels, and a DC 17 check using a different skill associated with the sport.
6/ What means "earn a spot" ?
Check associated the sport ? Basilisk Lore ?A wide range of checks might be appropriate, like a ranged attack to hurl a basilisk, an Acrobatics check to maneuver, an Athletics check to run, an Intimidation check to spook competitors, or a Performance check to provide loud, concise instructions to someone handling the scoring ball.
Schedule the big game when the PCs have some downtime between other quests. You can make the
event as complex as you like, but it should include four rolls from the participating PC. This uses a simple Victory Points mechanic (Gamemastery Guide 148) to track progress.
Sports Check (DC 15): The PC attempts a check or attack associated with the game, showing how well they perform early in the competition.
Reflex Save (DC 15): An opponent hurls the basilisk at the PC! Can they dodge out of the way? If a PC has a special bonus to AC against ranged attacks, they can apply it to this saving throw.
Fortitude Save (DC 13): The action seems endless. Can the PC keep going without getting tired?
Sports Check (DC 18): The scores are close. The game is almost over. Suddenly an opening appears
for the PC to score a goal!
7/ Can The DC for the reflex save varie with the class DC of the opponent ?
8/ Can the members of a team use magic from spells or magic items ... or is it forbidden ?
9/ Are the members of a team authorized to fly, or burrow ?
The catch is that there’s a second ball in play—the titular basilisk—that forces any player it hits to freeze in place. Luckily, just like when dealing with a real basilisk, you can avert your gaze. In fact, that’s required in this game! Anyone holding the scoring ball lowers a visor on their helm to “protect” them from the basilisk. This prevents the basilisk’s “freeze” but has the unfortunate side effect of making it really hard to see!
10/ can't a character with the scoring ball and a lowered visor be freezed by a basilisk ball ?
Thanks for your future answer.

I'm not sure exactly where you are getting these rules quotes from. Probably from the AP mentioned. From the little bit of quoted rules, it looks like a variant of a Victory Point system. So the questions about the dimensions of the field and orientation of the goal aren't really necessary to be specified in the rules. Just define, describe, and narrate it as you see fit.
Similar with the questions regarding the named NPCs and various costs involved in owning a team. That isn't likely to be defined in the rules. If it is needed, just define it yourself. Make it a quest reward or something.
6/ What means "earn a spot" ?
To me this means to succeed at the auditions for an established team and be allowed to join the team in one of their playing positions.
