Hello, is it possible to use crawling fire to make an action as to reload a siege weapon ?

Why would it be? Where does the question come from? Is this written in the ability?

The things that Crawling Fire can do are spelled out very specifically. And in fact, the Crawling Fire can't actually do much of anything. It just acts as a relay point for the Kineticist to originate senses and Impulse effects from.

So somewhat similar to a combination of Prying Eye and Warp Space. A Psychic couldn't use a combination of those two effects to reload a siege weapon either.
