So as SF2e is being made, and seems it will be compatible with PF2e, I would like to ask you all what you would like to see in terms of the toolkit books for the series; ie books like the Galaxy exploration manual, or Galactic magic, Tech revolution, etc.
I'll be frank: I don't like Starfinder's setting, or its mechanics. Having said that, even I have to admit that reading through the galaxy exploration manuals adventure/story prompts was entertaining and thought provoking (ironically whatever setting those prompts seem to be set in is far more interesting to me than the default one).
So, overall, what would you like to see from SF2e in terms of toolkit books? Personally, one that I would really like would be a dedicated tech levels/alternate time periods support book, sort of like the exploration manual but more focused on societies and such and less on the minutia of planetary structure, etc.

An updated version focusing on new planets, encounters, and story hooks that leverage the potential compatibility with Pathfinder 2e rules. Expand on the existing magic system, introduce new traditions or subclasses, and explore the interaction of magic with technology. Delve deeper into advanced technology, introduce new gadgets, vehicles, and cybernetics that can be adapted to the PF2e ruleset.

Well, For starters a Tech book. Focusing on Equipment, but including the Mechanic and Nanocyte classes, and some cool locations, and maybe a few distinctly technological ancestries like the SRO's and Holograms.
Then a Body Mod book covering all kinds of bio-tech items and locations and body modifications. Include the Evolutionist and Biohacker classes, as well as modding focused ancestries and heritages such as the Uplifted animal, Entu colony(with Entu Symbiote as a versatile heritage).
A book on Magic in the galaxy show casing new spells, and planar creatures that have fused with the new tech as well as the drift as a plane. OF course this is where we get the Technomancer and Vanguard
Then a book expanding on transport, giving more options for ships, mechs, vehicles, and other things.
