Closest ones I can find are Adhyabhau , which gives you a +1 to will saves against emotion effects, Necromantic Physiology, which gives you +2 to saves against disease, and daywalker, which removes your negative healing in natural sunlight. Level drain doesn't exist in 2e so I guess the closest would be Svetocher, which lets you calculate the effects of drained as if it were 1 less (so if you were drained 1 you don't lose any max hp), but it and abhyabhau are both lineages so you can only have one of them.

Yeah, that is what I am finding too.
Level Drain doesn't exist. The closest approximation I can find is the resistance to the Drained condition that Svetocher gives.
Simply being Dhampir gives Negative Healing which makes you immune to negative/void damage.
And Daywalker lets you be healed by positive healing while in direct sunlight.
There is also a high level feat, Twist Healing, that lets you cast Harm from items (like scrolls, wands, or staves) that would normally be casting Heal. You have to be a spellcaster capable of casting both Harm and Heal for that feat though. And like I said, it is fairly high level.
