I understand Piazo have been working over time to get this remaster out the door. So I don't fault them for having a day one errata.
Does anybody have a clue that Piazo will be making a second printing of the GM and Player core with the new erratas?
If it was one or two erratas I probably would have bought the book sooner, but with the amount I'd rather wait for a second printing.
I understand it's just released so happy to wait for an answer

With early pdfs and the online communities pouring over these books, everyone major release should have day one errata.
It was surprising we didn't have it for RoE and shocking we don't have it yet. If they don't watch out someone in London is going to use Mudslide to wipe out the Paizo HQ in Seattle with its unlimited range and area.

Related: Does anyone know if the digital releases are updated to incorporate errata more frequently than the print run? (Should we expect to see errata corrected in our downloadable PDFs sooner?)
no. They update the PDFs when they reprint.

Which makes sense IMO since once the pdf is updated, it is pretty simple to send it for the reprint. So, both go together.

I would note that changing the timing of changes to the pdfs and books may be different than the errata to make the changes. Unless the previous plans have changed (rather than just be delayed) we should be seeing errata twice a year that may be touching any number of the books and rules.
But that doesn't mean that the pdfs or printed books get those changes written and formatted into them at that same time.
The online rules will be kept up to date though.
