Are the Jadwiga going to be included in future Pathfinder 2e ORC releases? Jadwiga (Human Ancestry) are mentioned on p.10 of the Lost Omens Character Guide and originate from Irrisen. A Jadwiga is included in one of the illustrations on page 10 of LOCG.

The Jadwiga are more of an ethnicity than a heritage aren't they?
Like they've made a point of not mapping heritages directly onto ancestry groups with non-human people. Like the Alijae, Ekujae, and Kallijae are not available as elf heritages.
The reason for not doing this is so that you don't feel pressured to pick a specific heritage to be a member of an ethnic group. Like your Jadwiga human could be a Wintertouched human or they could be a Versatile human or a Skilled human or a Tiefling. Much like your Pahmet dwarf could be a Rock dwarf, or an Ancient-Blooded dwarf, or an Oahtkeeper Dwarf, etc.
If you want to play a Jadwiga you can just say you are one, and write that into your backstory and make chargen choices that align with your concept.

Thanks for these replies. I’m relatively new to PF2e, got my first books in the Spring and just joined Pathfinder Society Play in the first week of September, so I don’t always use the correct phrases concerning Ancestries and Heritages. I need to make some new characters and I like the vague, mysterious description of the Jadwiga in the LOCG. I was thinking of making a Human Jadwiga Barbarian with the Water Elemental Instinct from Rage of Elements (Elemental Barbarian Instinct, p. 54). Also, when I receive the new Player Core, maybe a Jadwiga Witch. I have only received my PDF for GM Core (it shipped separately and first, apart from Player Core): in GM Core there is no mention of the Jadwiga (that I could find).

Yes, it is specified as a human ethnicity.
Jadwiga This human ethnicity located primarily in Irrisen traces its heritage to the witch-queens of that land. 10
The website for the PFS Guide to Organized Play is down right now, but as I recall a human character can choose to have a human ethnicity if they want one. I'd be surprised if the remaster removed any of the previously established PF2 ethnicities from play. I haven't read of anything being changed on the cultural side of PF2 aside from the removal of the legally problematic elements.

I found this from a 2020 PFS Blog post.
Character Origin
When you create a character, you can choose their origin, including their ethnicity and nationality/region of origin. These choices might allow your character to take certain character options. For instance, humans of Jadwiga ethnicity descend from the witch-queens of Irrisen, and they can take the Irriseni Ice-Witch feat to represent this connection. Similarly, characters from the Broken Lands have access to the Aldori dueling swords that are iconic to that region. If your character is of mixed ethnicity or comes from multiple regions of origin, then for the purposes of game balance, you choose one ethnicity and one region of origin that your character can use to satisfy prerequisite and access conditions for character options. This affects only the character options you can select, and in no way limits your character’s identity or story.
Certain boons, such as Home Region or Multicultural Training, can allow you to change or expand your character’s origin for the purpose of qualifying for character options, to reflect their life experiences.
