Leveling up.
Your Spell DC is currently (maybe in Remastered as well, not sure):
10 + your training in your spell DC + your level (if you're at least trained in that DC) + your stat mod.
So, if you're a 1st level wizard with an 18 int, it's 17.
10 + 2 (trained) + 1 (level) + 4 (stat mod)
When you go to 2nd level, it's 18.
10 + 2 (trained) + 2 (level) + 4 (stat mod)

Spellcasters also increase their proficiency automatically as they level up.
Wizard, for example, will start at Trained at level 1. Then will get Expert at level 7, Master at level 15, and Legendary proficiency at level 19.
If you are getting spells from an archetype, the archetype will usually provide options for increasing your spellcasting proficiency. Wizard Archetype has feats at level 12 and level 18 that increase your proficiency.

Hahahaha make arcane better? Hahahaha That's a good one.
In all seriousness the answer is you really don't. You get the casting stat and you level up, that's it that's the improvement.
The only solutions you have is to homebrew because at this rate another 5 years will pass and there will still be nothing.
