So, Guilded Whispers is a pretty interesting spell that opens up a lot of potential avenues for getting scrying sensors into places it might otherwise be impossible to, but the spells it calls out (Clairaudience-Clairvoyance, Scrying) are somewhat limited options.
Arcane Eye, however, is very nearly the perfect scrying spell. It's not limited to a small field of view, and it sees exactly as you would see. Additionally, no save or spell resistance. It only has one big limitation, being you can only cast in a location you can see.
With Guilded Whispers letting you cast Divination (Scrying) spells through the coin chosen by the spell, it would seem that Arcane Eye is a valid option. But it seems like virtually nobody on the internet has asked about this interaction. Does this work?
If it does work, here are some additional questions:
- when choosing to target the coin instead of a creature or location, is the wording "You can create the arcane eye at any point you can see" the location you are choosing to target in the coin? or must you still see the coin to cast arcane eye?
- once you have casted arcane eye, is it now fixed into the coin or can you move it around as per normal?

the spell say:
"...When you use a divination (scrying) spell or item, such as clairvoyance/ clairaudience, scrying, or a crystal ball, you can choose to target a coin..."
the three spells you mentioned are just examples of spells in the divination school with the sub-school of 'scrying'
i did a fast search for spells from the sub-school of scrying and found a few.
as such all of the following can be used with it (unless i missed something, and you will notice arcane eye s a spell that start with the letter A is right at the top):
[PFS Legal] Arcane Eye: Invisible floating eye moves 30 ft./round.
[PFS Legal] Clairaudience/Clairvoyance: Hear or see at a distance for 1 min./level.
Forest's Sense: Sense the location of a distant target that is near a plant or fungus
[PFS Legal] Irriseni Mirror Sight: Look through a mirror and see out of another mirror.
[PFS Legal] Jungle Mind: Merge your mind with the wild beasts in a wide area, gaining knowledge on all those within and reading the thoughts of some animals.
[PFS Legal] Remote Viewing: Gain psychic impressions from a distant location.
[PFS Legal] Riversight: See events transpiring along a natural watercourse you touch.
[PFS Legal] ScryingF: Spies on subject from a distance.
[PFS Legal] Scrying, Greater: As scrying, but faster and longer.
[PFS Legal] Share Senses: Perceive the world around your familiar.
Skyshroud: Unobstructed view of the sky from underground
SpherescryF: Scry through a sphere of annihilation.
[PFS Legal] Storm Sight: Spread your senses through a storm, learning about other creatures affected by the weather
[PFS Legal] Symbol of ScryingM: Triggered rune activates scrying sensor.
[PFS Legal] Track Ship: Use a piece of a ship to track it on a nautical chart.
[PFS Legal] [3.5 Material] Traveling DreamR: Create a magical sensor that you can watch through while you sleep.
[PFS Legal] Vicarious View: Plant a scrying sensor that you can use to spy on a creature, object, or location.
[PFS Legal] Watchful Animal: Place a scrying sensor on your animal companion or familiar.
[PFS Legal] Witness: See through the target's eyes and ears.
once you use the golden whisper spell and touch a coin it can then be the target focus of any of the above spells as the usual way you use them, each with it's own way of casting and targeting.

The rules get very odd interacting with some of these spells. Some of these are quite hilarious. Using gilded whispers in conjunction with "track ship" for example
you still need a piece of the ship to cast the spell. are you tracking the coin or the ship? Can you only track the coin on the sea, or does any nautical map that includes landmasses let you track it on land.
likewise, skyshroud lets you target an area that lets you see the sky (presumably for fighting drow or vampires underground or inside.) Does the coin now show what the sky looks like?
mirrorsight. Can you now target the coin and see it through a mirror??? or can you see mirrors through the coin?
oh god i'm spiraling lol.

Broken spells from APs being included in the SRD is why I still play 1e.
My GM loves weird spell interactions, but he only lets them slide if they're RAW with very little room for interpretation. I'm hoping I can find a weird interaction here that makes us both happy.

Gilded Whispers:D(3-4) Dur:CL d. Basically the affected coin can act as a "familiar" focus of a divination(scrying) spell.
There are some important notes:
1) carried/held coin means creature receives any applicable saving throw against the effect.
2) The scrying sensor created by using a divination (scrying) spell to observe or listen to the coin’s surroundings can be detected as normal. This is rather easy!
3) To identify the specific spell there is a caster level check first. Likely the coin will just be destroyed or put in box to end the spying. Only if users want to find the spy will they identify the spell.
If the spell targets a focus then it will work but some spell descriptions don't conform to that kind of wording so the simple GM decision will be they just don't work or the coin is out of range. I think it is optimistic to believe the GM will make it work especially in your favor.
on the upside it can put the focus out of easy view limiting the Perception checks to detect the scrying which is excellent. Though seeing or listening inside of a pouch in a backpack is going to give very limited information and a Handy Haversack will cut line of effect.
I'd rather use Nesa's Coin to detect their location and just send a sensor after them.
