Harm and Castdown

Is there any possible way of doing the 3 action version of Harm with Castdown?

Why do you want to, it only works if it damages a single creature. A dual class cleric and wizard/sorcerer can do it a level 20 with metamagic mastery but it still doesn't make a lot of sense to do.

Indeed your correct didnt realize it csn only ever affect one creature. Was trying to find an AoE knockdown.

To my understanding, your diety gives your extra spells. Maybe one of theses 3 could work.

Best bet appears to be Command heightened to rank 5.

Command doesn't work well as the enemy doesn't stay Prone. If your goal is to benefit from AoOs it works, but you don't have the benefit of attacking a Prone target.
