Help me with a creature

I know it's in a later bestiary, and I'm remembering it as an ooze, but what it is is a land that is unintelligent, but has a will. It often chooses someone to speak for it, and it may pick up characteristics of this emissary. I remember the CR as being fairly significant.

Sorry, but my mind is slipping, and I've already introduced it in my game, and can't remember much else.

Maybe a Blight?

Thanks, but it's not actually inimical. I've actually used a desert blight in the campaign, earlier. This is almost like a "spirit of the forest" sort of thing. In fact, I built a druid as its emissary.

Thanks, guys, all good guesses, but I actually remember all of them. I remember, the illustration looks just like a copse of trees, or maybe even a grove - and it is official Paizo.

Maybe if you had more keywords we could look for. 'tree' 'spirit' 'land' or if it was just some unique name.

I do wish I had more, but seriously, either I'm misremembering something, or it was an incredibly memorable dream. Last night I combed through Bestiaries 4, 5, and 6 without anything. I'll look at 3, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be 1 or 2.

I'll also run through the Legendary Games mythic collection I have, but I'm doubting it's there. I would have sworn it was Paizo.
