I don't know how the 'earn a replay' mechanism works. Mark Stratton could you explain this? I know that I have some but don't know how they were gained/allotted.
I do know that you can buy a replay boon with collected ACP, but off the top of my head that takes 40 ACP (which takes ten full modules to acquire).

You get 2 base replays, and every 50 games played (or 200 exp, in case you play bounties or APs) gives you another. Consuming a replay allows you to replay a scenario that doesn't have the replayable tag, but it still needs to be on a different PC.
You get double ACP for GMing, and playing/running at supported locations or events gets you even more.
May I recommend looking into other seasons? Season 2 has a great metaplot, and has a lot of low-level friendly scenarios, including #2-11: The Pathfinder Trials, which is level 1 only. There's also Intros 1 and 2 which are good intros into the Society, and are for levels 1-2.

You do get 80 free points to start with.

Was something changed? The bonus replays beyond the 2 that every PFS2 player will have was stated as “The formula for additional replays is 2 replays for every 50 games played or GMed in the program prior to February 18, 2023”. Posted here in the March monthly update.
