Character Background Question

I want to take the Scion of Slayers background for one of my characters but it is a rare background. I looked through the boons to unlock it but can't find a way to unlock it. Am I missing something? How can I get this background for society play?

There is one scenario that gives access, but we don't tend to encourage publicizing what boons comes from what scenarios.

I think Org Play needs to loosen up about this; people should be encouraged to play and participate and chase the PCs they want to make.

regarding backgrounds a clever person could figure it out by looking at the boons page and scenario descriptions.

It is sort of an exception, though - generally speaking rare backgrounds aren't available. A small handful of them are unlocked through a few different scenarios, though.

You can preview short descriptions of various boons in "my account" -> "organized play" -> "boons" tab. Note that there are three different kinds of categories there - Rewards purchaseable with Achievement Points, Rewards purchaseable with Chronicle Boons, Rewards purchaseable with Game Rewards - PFS(2ed).
