Sneak attack battering blast?

If an Arcane trickster was invisible, then cast battering blast, sneak attack would only apply once, correct?

yes, there's a FAQ that a spell can only benefit from sneak attack once.

Yes, spells with attack rolls can do Sneak Attack damage, but multiple simultanous attacks can only have SA on one of them per this FAQ. The 10th level ability doesn't change that as per this FAQ.

Oh, but that last FAQ says multiple enemies would take the sneak attack damage? That's cool.

I dunno if I should start a new thread about this, but would sniper goggles apply to any spells?

Only with an aoe spell, with something like battering blast, it only applies to one of the blasts (and thus one enemy).
