Burn It! and Fire Energy Mutagen

Burn It! increases the damage of "alchemical items that deal fire damage". I wonder how you think Burn It! and fire Energy Mutagen should interact. I feel that a strict RAW reading would deny the interaction. But at the same time a more casual reading would definitely acknowledge that the Mutagen deals fire damage (in the form of a buff or a breath).

What do you think?

This reminds me of a similar question about Burn It! and Gunslinger Alchemical Shot.

I think I would rule the same way as in that case. The fire damage is due directly to the result of the consumption of an alchemical item. So it gets the damage boost.

I'd allow it. The fire damage is being provided by the Energy Mutagen after all.

I'd also allow it.

Thanks a lot for your returns.
I also realize Weapon Siphon with an Alchemist's Fire falls into the same situation. I think I'll take Burn It! with my Alchemist. It looks like some GMs will allow it, which is enough to me.
