I would probably go with an oracle of shadow instead of bones. To me a vampire is more about personal power than commanding hordes of skeletons. An Oracle of bones makes a great necromancer, but not sure it fits the vampire theme. Living Shadow allows you to assume gaseous form like a vampire. The other revelations also seem to fit pretty well. The Vampirism curse gets you a lot of the vampire abilities like being healed by negative energy. You also get all the inflict spells so can cure yourself.
The Sanguine bloodline does not really give you a lot of vampire abilities except the ability to feed on blood and some resistances. This bloodline just does not seem to have as much vampire themed powers.

Blood of life is not that good. Spending two feats to gain the ability to drink the blood of a dead creature and heal 1d6 points is not worth spending two feats. He could always play a Dhampir and take the feat Blood Drinker to get some vampire like feeding. Swap out the detect undead for fangs would make it even more vampire like.
