Graceful Strike and graceful warrior
The warrior poet gains Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat and can apply its benefits to glaives, katanas, and naginatas as if they were light weapons. This does not alter the weapons’ properties for the purposes of any other effects.
At 4th level, when the warrior poet uses Weapon Finesse to make a melee attack that adds her Dexterity bonus to attack rolls and her Strength bonus to damage rolls, she also adds half her samurai level to damage rolls.
Piranha Strike
Benefit: When wielding a light weapon, you can choose to take a -1 penalty on all melee attack rolls and combat maneuver checks to gain a +2 bonus on all melee damage rolls
Bladed Brush
You can use the Weapon Finesse feat to apply your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to attack rolls with a glaive sized for you, even though it isn’t a light weapon. When wielding a glaive, you can treat it as a one-handed piercing or slashing melee weapon and as if you were not making attacks
My question would be :
My Glaive is considered a Light Weapon, a Finesse Weapon and I add Dex to Damage, would my dex be 1.5x and my Piranha strike x1.5 since my weapon is 2 handed, just like a 2 handed would with Power Attack and STR?

“Graceful Warrior (Ex): The warrior poet gains Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat and can apply its benefits to glaives, katanas, and naginatas as if they were light weapons. This does not alter the weapons’ properties for the purposes of any other effects.”
The last line there means that your glaive is only considered a light weapon for the purpose of weapon finesse and NOTHING ELSE.
Bladed brush allows you to treat it as a One-handed slashing or piercing weapon. Piranha strike requires a light weapon, and your glaive is only a light weapon for weapon finesse.

Graceful Warrior provides Weapon Finesse, which allows a Warrior Poet to use her Dexterity modifier instead of her Strength modifier on attack rolls.
Graceful Strike again keys off the Warrior Poet applying her Dexterity bonus to attack rolls and her Strength bonus to damage rolls.
Bladed Brush essentially allows a Warrior Poet to use a glaive with Graceful Strike, and to treat it as a weapon compatible with Duelist and Swashbuckler abilities.
Unless I'm missing something, there are two things wrong with the original request:
1. None of the above class features or feats give a Warrior Poet the ability to use her Dexterity modifier on damage rolls.
2. Piranha Strike doesn't allow you to increase its damage bonus by wielding a weapon two-handed, as Power Attack does.
As such, unless Strength is your character's dump stat, I'm not sure what benefit Piranha Strike would provide. Even if Strength is your dump stat, you have three or four levels to figure out how to get that state to 13+ and qualify for Power Attack. I'm guessing you're looking to eventually multiclass your Warrior Poet into the Devoted Muse PrC, but you have 3-5 levels to figure the Strength issue out.

I doubt any GM is going to allow effortless lace to work.
I'm sure many would, but the odds still aren't that great. Heck, a lot of GMs would just skip the whole issue by using the elephant rules.
Ultimately, you will just need to talk it out with your GM and hope you can agree on some way to make it work.
