Familiars can get two abilities I'm looking at for this combo
Independent to give it one action every round
Partner in crime so it can use it's action to prepare to aid my next deception check
Convincing illusion reaction let's me try to fool someone that my illusion they just disbelieved is actually.. Real, requires a deception check
Can my familiar spend it's action to prepare a aid reaction to my convincing illusion reaction to give it a +3 circumstance bonus on my check at level 7?

Looks legit to me. The action and reaction usage at least. The +3 is assuming that you are a Master rank in the Deception skill for Convincing Illusion. You would get a +2 if you are only Expert. And +4 when you become Legendary.

Note: partner in crime are automatic successes. In it, it only gives +1 on success unless you are master in deception (I will be at level 7)
But looks like 2 for 2 on it should work.

This and the equivalent for Thievery or Performance seems like the strongest Familiar use to me.
Note your familiar gets an automatic critical success, but does not itself have master proficiency so the bonus is probably only +2 once you're a master.
