How would you rule the Storm Kindlers Thunderstruck ability

on the Oracles Deaf Curse:

You cannot hear and suffer all of the usual penalties for being deafened. You cast all of your spells as if they were modified by the Silent Spell feat. This does not increase their level or casting time.

depend what came first.

if you had the curse first. then being immune to becoming deaf doesn't lift it (you are immune to the deafened condition which make one deaf. not to being deaf itself. Most abilities that make the target deaf add that a deaf target is immune to that ability).

if you had the thunderstruck ability already then you can not pick the deaf curse when you later become an oracle.

Oracle's Curse (Ex): Each oracle is cursed, but this curse comes with a benefit as well as a hindrance. This choice is made at 1st level, and once made, it cannot be changed. The oracle's curse cannot be removed or dispelled without the aid of a deity. An oracle's curse is based on her oracle level plus one for every two levels or Hit Dice other than oracle. Each oracle must choose one of the following curses.

The rule is pretty specific that an oracles curse cannot be removed without the aid of a deity. Thunderstruck is a class ability of a prestige class, not a deity. The curse is not affected by Thunderstruck.
