SB is talking about the Held or Worn item rules on CR 535
An item that needs to be worn to function lists “worn” as its usage. This is followed by another word if the character is limited to only one of that type of item. For instance, a character can wear any number of rings, so the entry for a ring would list only “worn.” However, if the Usage entry were “worn cloak,” then a character couldn’t wear another cloak on top of that one.
Many players refer to those specified locations as "slots"

Ah. Under item usage.
Just looking under the rules for Worn Items didn't have that listed or referenced.

So - after learning something new... and looking into Nosoi's Mask, it looks like Nosoi's mask is an upgrade of a Splendid Psychopomp Mask - which is an item that doesn't exist, but apparently costs 50 GP. A regular Psychopomp Mask can be had for 5 GP though.
But you couldn't wear Nosoi's Mask along with any other item listing "Usage worn mask".

Nosoi's Mask is a feat, not an item name. In addition to the granted Intimidation skill and skill feat, it allows you to
>make masks like those worn by psychopomps, a process that takes 1 hour and 1 sp of appropriate material.
"like" those worn by psychopomps, so no. Not the magical Psychocomp Mask in that AP. This inexpensive, nonmagical mask doesn't appear to have any mechanics
and
>If you instead pay 50 gp for a splendid psychopomp mask, the mask grants you a +1 item bonus to Intimidation while you are wearing it. Its usage is worn (mask)
This item IS the "splendid psychopomp mask", but is not an upgrade of the magical Psychopomp Mask from the AP, and also does not say anything about being magical although it does have an effect and usage restrictions, much like some other ancestry feat items like the Ratfolk's Skull Creeper feat

I'm assuming someone COULD (if they wanted to) make and sell the 1 sp masks for 2 sp. But given how psychopomps are about their masks idk how into that idea your average duskwalker would be. They'd basically be holy symbols of a different variety RP wise I'd imagine.
Also, you wouldn't be able to say, buy the mask for 2 sp and get the benefits of the feat. The feat benefits have nothing to do with the 1 sp craft cost mask itself per the text. It seems like (per the text) the 1 sp mask is flavor only.
