Any tips on how to make a dragon focused skald?(Not to be confused with the archtype of the same name)

I'm looking for ideas to make a dragon based skald, like what weapons to use, what feats to take etc. I already know i'm gonna have to go wyrm singer an take the draconic blood rage powers, but beyond that im drawing a blank. Any advice?

And for more clarity, lets assume something like a kobold is gonna take this(Worshiping dragons as their gods and stuff.)

Kobold with the alt racial traits Dragonmaw and Wyrmcrowned. You have a kobold that loses their Crafty trait and their +1 Natural Armor but gains a 1d4 Bite attack that 1/day deals 1d6 additional energy damage based on the type of dragon they choose to emulate and they have a racial +2 on either Diplomacy or Intimidate thanks to an impressive set of horns atop their head.

Since you're playing a PC focused a bit on Cha, the +2 on a social skill can't hurt but the Bite attack is something you can focus on in combat. You can either do a natural weapons build once you hit 3rd level and start handing out claws along w/your bite, or you could build for Dex with a TWF build: bite and shortsword or something? I don't know.

What aspect of dragons are you trying for most?

Kobold is a good start, but what are you actually trying to accomplish?

Dragons are scary... a Frightener-Wyrmcrowned Kobold focused on Intimidation could go for Dazzling Display. You could even VMC Cavalier for Order of the Cockatrice if you want to use Dazzling Display as a standard action. And the Skald's Spell Kenning can grab things like Face of the Devourer. Intimidating Glare is part of the Dragon Totem chain, so I figured this might be a good place to start.

I definitely considered this but as far as i can tell you can't take extra rage powers and use it with inspiring rage meaning i wouldn't be able to get dragon totem wings until long after the campaign is over. If you can clarify if this is true or not i would appreciate it. if extra rage power does work with inspiring rage then this will be the clear route for me to take.

The Skald can use Rage powers gained from other sources (i.e. Extra Rage Power), but party members aren't affected by them.

Aaaah..i see, well since i found myself using war painter as a base thats hardly an issue anyway. Ok that makes this easier.

The War painter still needs to follow all the restrictions, though. Allies still need to recieve all prerequisit rage powers, and Dragon Totem Wings and Greater Draconic Blood can't be transfered to party members no matter how you take them (as they both require a standard action to activate). Thousand Totems nominally grants extra rage powers that can be transfered, but the daily uses are so crazy low it almost does nothing.

Thats why you pick powers that only have a once a day use anyway like abyssal blood

How does that help you be more draconic?

Other than Rage Powers, note the Shadow Dragon Aspect spell.
