I am working on building a character who is a young man/late teens (human) who was killed as a child in a border conflict that decimated his village (perhaps Cheliax/Andoran/Isger areas?) and somehow found himself alive again and full of rage and seeking vengeance. He is now looking to avenge the past and restore the area and drive the intruders away. Malcolm is based on a Scottish highland type (not an immortal, simply meaning the terrain and culture of his locale). Campaign will be in that area in a border struggle/wild west/baron reclaiming ancestors lands situation. He will be lightly armored, bastard sword and dagger martial type however I am considering something along the lines of an Oracle (Possessed Oracle w/ haunted curse) or Skald (Dragon Skald) dip with him as those would give him the "supernatural fog" that he could invoke/bring about reminiscent of his homelands valleys, etc. as part of his mystique/personae. The Possessed oracle would give him even more of the vibe that he was dead and is still connected to the past life. The Dragon Skald merely gives him the alter winds, fog cloud, and obscuring mist piece of the background/feel. Any dipping outside the core Fighter (or other martial class) is simply for the haunted/fog/effects, not to give him full casting per se as any spell casting would be used to simulate supernatural effects, connection to the past, ghostly stuff.
Am I pretty much looking at the right place, or are there some other class(es) that you can think off that I should consider?
Thanks much!

Care to share more about how he "somehow found himself alive again and full of rage"? Raise Dead would require you to have been returned to life within days of dying, and would give you two permenant negative levels. Resurrection could be within 10 years of dying, and would still give you one permenant negative level. So whomever returned you to life is also fronting a couple grand in Restoration spells, unless this character is to be played with permenant negative levels. That, I feel, deserve somes sort of explanation.
And what, exactly, do you mean about "bastard sword and dagger martial type"? Like both at the same time?

within PF1 see the Samsaran race. Reborn samsaran or coming back as an Aasimar would be nice.
Brigadoon might thematically fit your desired backstory (being found, healed, come back in N*100 years). Celtic mythology is an option depending on how much you like torcs, cauldrons, and pigs.
A wand of Obscuring Mist or a smokestick can create a bit of fog. Sp(aka SLA) first level spell abilities can be costly.

Is his surname Macleod by any chance? Kidding aside, what are you looking to use the fog for? If it's ground fog/special effects, Prestidigitation might be the key here. You can pick up that Cantrip through alt racial traits, having a Valet familiar, or dipping one level in several arcane spellcaster classes.
Instead if you want to use Obscuring Mist/Fog Cloud as part of your build, I'd definitely suggest a spellcasting class. Warpriest gives you bonus combat feats, 6th level divine spellcasting, swift actions to self-buff and plenty of access to martial goodies.
If you're going twf, you'll need a decent amount of feats to get and stay good at it. Fighter, Ranger, Magus, or Warpriest leap to mind, but there's probably more I'm forgetting.

Sorry, was gone away on vacation.
Thanks for all the great thoughts and ideas.
1) I hadn't given thought much to the exact reason of his revival as to if it was a benefactor, a divine intervention, etc. as of yet, or what the reason or purpose was. Simply a rough idea. He is definitely not going to be immortal.
2) I planned on mostly using the bastard sword but occasionally he could TWF with both weapons as he advanced in feats and BAB/att/rnd. (Matched his character art)
3) the fog was part "ghostly" when he sang or whistled clan tunes in battle (sort of like when they climbed the hill to escape Cunningham's troops in Rob Roy and it became foggier) and part "Scottish Highlands thematic.
