Is the eldritch scoundrel archetype for rogue compatible with the underground chemist archtype?

I'm asking because i have a little experiment i wanna try with the 2.

rules as written no.

they both alter the 4th level talent and the advanced talents (underground chemist outright replace the 4th level talent).

as the eldritch is mostly adding an option to the talents and remove every other talent, some GM might allow them to stack as long as the underground chemist alteration take priority on the talents that the eldritch doesn't remove.
