Magic Items, Artifacts and Legendary magic Items

Can someone explain the line between very powerful Magic Items, Artifacts and Legendary magic items? Are intelligent items automatically Artifacts or Legendary Items? Can the Archmage path power Crafting Mastery and mythic crafting create Artifacts and Legendary items? Why aren't there divine crafting path powers?

I'll give it a shot.

Magic items can be crafted and can be found as treasure. Even powerful magic items.

Artifacts can not be crafted, they are rare (not treasure unless the GM adds them), and often have special abilities that normal magic items can't have.

Artifacts

Legendary magic items are objects improved by mythic levels. They are not treasure.

Legendary Magic Items

Some magic items are intelligent. They must be permanent magic items to get this ability (so no intelligent potions). They may also be artifacts and legendary magic items.

Intelligent Magic Items

It is quite possible for a magic item to be all of the above. Intelligent, legendary, and an artifact.
