What are those.. things attached to her mouth supposed to be?
I zoomed in on a digital copy of the picture, and it kinda looks like its part of her skin, except it's raised/bubbled up like webbing of a duck's foot...? I dunno.
More mouth? Looking on the darker left side, you see a highlighted ridge as if she has an overbite that goes down to her jaw.
