No other adventures or lore.
Clinton Boomer (the author of that scenario and several other scenarios, adventures, and entries in the first year or so of Pathfinder's release) tended to write VERY big, potentially VERY world-altering material. Possibly a little too big for what Paizo wanted - a world that was (mostly) stable.
He also wrote Hands of the Muted God and the Spawn of Rovagug article in the Legacy of Fire AP.

This actually came up in my game (for future plans for a PC who wants to become a god). I'm just going to pick my top 3 fetch quests and go for it.
Might specifically go for high level stuff.
The Third Riddle is insultingly low level for being a third of the way to deityhood.
It's low level because it was written as the 11th scenario for the very first season of Pathfinder Society, when it was impossible to be higher than (checks math). . . 4th level.
I don't have any inside knowledge but I believe that back in those days the PFS campaign was pretty loose with development and authors went pretty wild. When Paizo started realizing how big a part PFS was going to play in their marketing they took a step back and said "Wow, we have an awful lot of published scenarios that are either about preventing the destruction of a nation (or the world), or have a plot hook for something that could destroy the world, or are changing our overall lore. Let's reign in the scope of the adventure plots from now on."

What is the name of that scenario? I will like to check it out, to see if I can take some ideas from it for my home game. Especially if it has some good puzzles the players (not simply the characters with some dice roll) need to resolve.
It's got a bit of puzzle, but not much. Bear in mind it was written during Season 0 of PFS, and therefore is written with 3.5 rules/monsters, not PF1.

Thanks.
Being for 3.5 isn't a problem, I want to pilfer ideas, not run it as written.
I have a bit of store credit and buying it is a way to use it.
