What PC Race reskins as a Fallout Super Mutant the best?

what it says on the tin. which pc race is the "best" to just slap a new name on and call a super mutant?

I vote Orc. Strong, hearty, and not necessarily low Int, depending on what 'flavour' of Super Mutant you're going for. For more Fallout-y flavour, maybe remove Light Sensitivity and Ferocity, and replace with the Brakim's Wasteland Dweller ability? Maybe also remove the orcs' Fierce Survivalist, to not get a +4 to Survival. Some tinkering may be required.

I went over the massive list of playable races and I think Half-Orc is one of the best options.
