Remote Monitoring System for my vidgamer / realty show?

Hello Starfinders and OP

I wanted to double check to see if the “Remote Monitoring System“ (Source Starfinder #34: We’re No Heroes pg. 47) is a legal armor upgrade. It doesn’t seem so. I’m asking because I was interested in playing an original unoriginal someday famous, vidgamer character who ups their game to a live action reality show. Saw part of the idea on several threads and it looked fun. I figured a good a good vidgamer/realty show needs some good quality production equipment which led me to the remote monitoring system. The fans can watch my progress even my health as I go live on missions. Anywho, if this upgrade isn’t legal is there a workaround? Or is the idea unfundable? Maybe there is an AP or one-off in this concept? I ramble now.
