Hello everyone. I am looking for some suggestions on how to improve this build design. It is a Mounted Hunter with a dip in Mammoth Rider for a HUGE Stag (Elk); because I think that is cool.
The build is centred around the classic Spirited Charge (for the damage of 3 attacks in 1) plus ride by attack (to keep a safe distance and limit enemies to one attack unless, of course, they have pounce) plus Pounce that the Divine Hunter picks up through the Plains Domain. That domain also nicely grants the Hunter Haste so ultimately they will be able to ride by attack with 4 attacks, each doing a whopping 3 attacks worth of damage.
Primal Companion adds some utility to the build with evolutions.

Evolution Points
The first two Evo points are TBD (Perhaps resistance to fire because the Celestial template covers the other energy types). At level 8 when the pool goes up to 4, that would be used to grab flight. Then the final 2 at level 15 would perhaps go to Shadow Blend/Form.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that was FAQ'd in 2012. Pounce doesn't have good synergy with Spirited Charge for this reason.
Related to that, Spirited Charge is incompatible with Mounted Skirmisher as another FAQ defines "Mounted Charge" as when both you and the mount takes the charge action.
Assuming an accuracy of 80% on your highest-BAB attack, getting Pounce with +6 BAB would net you an increase in dmg of only 23%. Having Haste activate (same accuracy) would raise that to 56%. If pounce worked with Spirited Charge those values would be tripled.

Pounce doesn't have good synergy with Lances. Spirited Charge still works as far as I understand that FAQ. It is annoying with 2x damage rather than 3x but still good. Might as well swap that out for a high crit weapon (Cutlass)

Yeah I know. You cannot always charge though, and at that level what better things to spend a feat on than some flexibility.
