Beadle and Grimms Fighter and Druid Chronicles - unable to download

I just ordered these now that they have gone live and I have tried to download this and the druid one - they would both appear not to be working. The files seem to only be 175 bytes and won't open - getting an error stating corrupted or invalid format. Tried with acrobat.

Unfortunately, this is occurring with all of them. As I has just bought them all and am seeing file sizes that are too small. Thank you for investigating this issue and I hope it is resolved quickly.

Yep, same here, file size is tiny, pdf's don't open. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I recently reattempted the downloads. Cleric, Fighter, and Rogue have been successful with more expected file sizes. Wizard and Druid are still having trouble.

The files have all been fixed and reuploaded, so they should be working now. There might be some issues with caching, so refreshing downloads or clearing cache might help if the fix isn't working initially. I'll also be sending out an email to the folks who already have these files to let them know to try again at their leisure.

Please do let us know if problems persist and we'll take another look.

Its coming up with a, probably, m ore correct size 48.8MB but when I download its still downloading a 175 Byte version.

The druid one isn't even downloading, keeps saying check back in 60s.

Alright, I have progressed now. Wizard is working ok.
Cleric, druid and fighter all still ask me to check back in 60s.

I have Rogue and Druid PDF's .. and they now both download fine. Thanks for quick fix PAIZO :)

Hmm I can get fighter and wizard. Still struggling with cleric and Druid.

I'm still having issues with Rogue file.

I did the download refresh and cleared the cookies and still no luck.

I click the link and see a brief busy indicator then nothing. I don't get the message about personalization or anything.

I am getting this with the Druid and Wizard chronicles.

SO the error isn't consistent. I can download the wizard one just fine.

Managed to finally download the Druid and Wizard on my phone. I ended up logging out of Paizo.com, made sure the page was not cached, cleared all the data related to the browser I was using (Edge) from Settings then Apps, and relaunched Paizo.com. Thank you for all the efforts and I am now 5/5 on the Beadle and Grimm's Character Chronicle PDFs.

Ok I have sorted the druid - changed to edge and did the same as you Preston. So now only the cleric confounds me. If I can get that sorted I will buy the rogue and have the complete set.

So after they implemented the fix on Friday I was able to download the Fighter, Wizard, Rogue and Druid. My cleric though is still bugging out. It either won't finalize and let me download. Most of the time it does that. Occasionally it will finalize at a 157 bytes and do the tiny corrupted PDF version.

Oddly the Cleric is the one I am looking forward to the most.

Still having issues today. Did this across multiple computers. Different browsers. Cleared all cache and refreshed the downloads. Still no luck on the Cleric.

I also noticed if I hit save on the fillable pdfs that DID download it compresses by about 20mb. Hoping that doesn't mean I lose image quality :P

Got an email from support letting me know the re re uploaded the cleric. Tried in a fresh browser I never use. IE.... yikes.... and SUCCESS. I opened the browser, cleared cache. Logged into paizo.com and hit refresh downloads. Then clicked the file. 60 seconds later It popped ready and downloaded.
