If following the rules properly, no. Those would be separate items.
And it is Druids that use Focus components for their primal spells, not Primal tradition casters in general. Sorcerer/Witch/Summoner using primal tradition doesn't have that benefit.
I don't remember if Druid gets something similar to Cleric's Emblazon Armament or not. But that is what you would need in order to make a staff/weapon/shield also work as your focus component.
But in casual games I am not overly strict about spellcasting components to begin with.

The closest they can get is a Verdant Weapon. That can't be made into a Staff of Fire, but it could be made into a staff (weapon) like a +1 striking, flaming staff.

Sorcerer gets to replace material components with somatic components because magical blood.
Summoner gets to replace material components with somatic components because magical link to Eidolon.
As a Witch, I just have to use the material components. I don't even have access to Eschew Materials like a Wizard, and the magical link to familiar isn't sufficient. You should step it up Farien.

That isn't the problem. I have a component pouch.
But if one hand is holding my shortbow and the other is holding a wand, then I don't have a hand available for using the component pouch.
It isn't a common problem, so it still probably isn't worth using a familiar ability on. But just having a component pouch won't fix the problem when it does come up.
