What are some fun and innovative builds or combos involving the Geomancer archetype?

If you are falling a long distance, cast Gust of Wind right before you hit the ground and fly safely to the ground instead.

Liberty's Edge

In the desert, target the Barbarians with a fire spell before they rage.

And target the casters who like to Sustain their spells too.

Now that's just mean.

Also with the level 4 Attunement Shift it can be done in any terrain. But only once every 10 minutes.

Sorry RavingDork to distract from the intent of your thread, but I don't see Geomancer as a fun build but as a power build for a caster druid.

It may take a little to set up but once you are going then you are adding bonus effects like fatigued (affects AC and saves) or clumsy (affects AC and DEX based rolls) etc, etc... to spells that you already want to cast. There is no action or resource cost once you get going. It is all gravy.
The real cost is the feats and the fact that in some situations your options will change or it may take longer to get the one you want available.

I like the plant and difficult terrain options. Obviously similar penalties don't stack, but them having to pass a second saving is nice. You can make some of your spells seriously entangling and your enemies very slow to move.
