I couldn't find the customer service forum so I hope this is the right place (please move to CS if not, cant find it anywhere).
I got an email saying the humble bundle issue is fixed, telling me to go to my gifts to redeem through a wizard. When I go to the gifts page, it just asks me to put in a gift certificate code, with nothing else except some blurbs about terms and conditions.
I put in my code from humble bundle and it says code is not recognized, same error on the partner redemption page. What am I supposed to do?

There is not a Customer Service Forum any longer.
All customer service problems need to be sent to
customer.service@paizo.com
It's taking about 2 business days right now (but Monday is a US holiday).
Thanks I actually saw this in another post and sent an email, but I did get a response pretty quickly.
The instructions were wrong in the original email, so for others who might not know where to go -
"Please go to My Account-Partner Redemptions where you redeemed the codes, then scroll down to below the list of codes redeemed. There should be four boxes with 1-2-3-4. Following these steps should check out your physical copy of the beginner box."
