My laptop is behaving unusual

My friend's nephew had my laptop for around 1 week and I got my laptop today but my laptop has been behaving unusually and I'm seeing a few binary numbers on the screen. When i checked the history, I found he has visited this website several times. His name is Abraham Spittel. I do not want to ask him directly to embarrass him. So, I'm asking here directly, is this website connected with the binary numbers or something like that, otherwise i will have visit a repairing store.

I have spent unimaginable amount of time on this website over the years and I have never had any issues of the sort. What is more likely IMO is your nephew visited other websites, picked up a virus, and then deleted those websites from the history.

If you have antivirus software then I would suggest doing a full scan. If that doesn't work then visiting the repair shop would be the next step. Take a screenshot or a photo with your phone if you're able. It will help the repair shop.
