I am currently reading the Invested Regent Unchained Monk archetype, and their Vested Powers
At level 10 they have access to the Divine Power spell
Calling upon the divine power of your patron, you imbue yourself with strength and skill in combat. You gain a +1 luck bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, Strength checks, and Strength-based skill checks for every three caster levels you have (maximum +6). You also gain 1 temporary hit point per caster level. Whenever you make a full-attack action, you can make an additional attack at your full base attack bonus, plus any appropriate modifiers. This additional attack is not cumulative with similar effects, such as haste or weapons with the speed special ability.
I am assuming that this spell does work with the Unchained Flurry of Blows because that is a Full Attack Action.
Am I correct in my thinking?

I believe the extra attack does stack:At 1st level, a monk can make a flurry of blows as a full-attack action. When making a flurry of blows, the monk can make one additional attack at his highest base attack bonus. This additional attack stacks with the bonus attacks from haste and other similar effects. When using this ability, the monk can make these attacks with any combination of his unarmed strikes and weapons that have the monk special weapon quality. He takes no penalty for using multiple weapons when making a flurry of blows, but he does not gain any additional attacks beyond what’s already granted by the flurry for doing so. (He can still gain additional attacks from a high base attack bonus, from this ability, and from haste and similar effects).
At 11th level, a monk can make an additional attack at his highest base attack bonus whenever he makes a flurry of blows. This stacks with the first attack from this ability and additional attacks from haste and similar effects.
- FoB is a 'full-attack action'
Divine Power states you get an extra attack 'Whenever you make a full-attack action'
Divine Power specifically does not stack with Haste effects, implying it is a 'haste' effect itself.
FoB specifically does stack with Haste effects.
Assuming you are 11th level, you would get 4 attacks at your full BAB (normal attack + FoB attack + FoB attack + DP attack), just like you would if you were hasted.
Just remember you do have to spend a standard action to activate a vested 'spell' power and the duration is fairly short...

Yes. As Taja said, FoB is a full-attack action. Thus, every conditional/triggered abilitiey that asks for a full-attack action works with FoB. Divine Power is clearly a "saimilar effect" to Haste, as can be seen from the two not stacking, and thus explicitly said to stack by the unFlurry description.
