Good morning,
I am curious on whether there is a good resource for a gothic horror or eldrich horror settings within Golarion. I see that there are a couple out of print first edition sourcebooks, but I was wondering about the current eddition.
Are there any recommendations for nations/regions/contents that have an established cannon of horror tropes within the lore?
Should I just pick a part of an unknown continent and develop my own gothic horror setting?
Thank You

The second edition setting is only a few years after the first edition. So all the lore is pretty much the same, except what was changed by PF1 APs.
The unexplored continent of Sarusan is the DIY part of Golarion where you can put anything you want.
AFAIK there are no specifically horror-oriented book in PF2 yet, but many books coming next year will likely belong there : Book of the Dead, Dark Archive, the Bloodlords AP, maybe Knights of Lastwall.
The Malevolence PF2 adventure is pretty horror-oriented IIRC.

Ustalav is the go to place for classic genre horror. Gothic, vampires, werewolves, etc. There's several sourcebooks in PF1 that are still adaptable to PF2 to this purpose. Rule of Fear is the area specific sourcebook. Carrion Crown is the AP with six adventures of a different horror theme all in Ustalav.
Eldritch/Mythos stuff is sprinkled all over Golarion, so you can find a place for it wherever, and its hard to speak to one place/book specifically.
Book 2 of Mummy's Mask deals with a zombie uprising in a city. Lots of fun, that one.
Book 6 of Hell's Rebels sends PCs to hell to explore the psyche of a fallen despot, so you could play up the horror of that.
Book 5 of Curse of the Crimson Throne is Giant Haunted Castle.
Book 1 of Agents of Edgewatch has a serial killer style murder house in it.
As mentioned, Malevolence is straight up a haunted house adventure and already in 2e.
Abomination Vaults is kind of a ghost story. Its all about undead, ghosts, and a Mythos God unique to Golarion.

There's also Night of the Gray Death, which is an Edgar Alan Poe-inspired horror module.
